Dr. Goodkind has been my dentist for at least a decade.....and I always refer friends telling them he is both "Good and kind" ! No joke..the name is perfect! Dr. G is very good about making me physically comfortable no matter how complex my procedure ( and I am NOT easy to work on). My case would try the patience of a saint, but he never acts irritable or annoyed. He has a friendly, calm and easy going manner and the entire practice is staffed with pleasant and competent people...pretty much a family atmosphere. He never rushes and takes a great deal of time and pride in doing the job right.

He accepts insurance, but when I didn't have any dental coverage I paid out of pocket for several years rather than go back to the kind of dentists I had before him. With the other dentists, I was constantly in pain, before during and after my procedures, although they were supposed to be good and had tony, high-priced practices in Westport etc. Finding him was a godsend! I drive from Fairfield to Stratford rather than see somebody with half the commute, who is half as good and twice the price. His credentials are excellent and he is always keeping up with the newest procedures. He even had a state of the art chair-lift installed to make the office handicapped accessible! Now that's patient friendly!

I am still waiting to have the tooth be extracted. "Just Kidding". Did not feel a thing. Total painless extraction. Very satisfied. Was very concerned and terrified before the extraction. Will recommend Neil to my friends.

I like salads. Now I can eat them. I had a hard time chewing steaks. Even with apples I had to take the skin off. Now I don’t.

When I was eating before, you would chew and chew and chew. It was tiring after a while so you just gave up and said I’m not going to eat anymore.

I’m really happy with the appearance of my teeth. Now I can smile. I also love singing with them. Now with the implants I can eat properly.

For many years I suffered with a wide space between my 2 front teeth, and 2 other dentists tried to fix it with no long lasting success. Dr. Goodkind was the only dentist who fixed it right and with great success.

When my husband and I moved over 25 miles away to Wolcott, CT, we both still made the trip here to Dr. Goodkind’s office and now our 2 children also come here as well. Dr. Goodkind is a Great Dentist! I would recommend him to anyone!

My implants are wonderful and it’s nice to be able to eat on both sides again.

As a retired professor, I really appreciate how meticulous you are with your dentistry. That’s why I travel from New Hampshire.

After years of problems with crowns that came loose I was referred to Dr. Goodkind. He found that the preparation for crowns done by other dentists was less than necessary and he began correcting the teeth before replacing the crowns. In the eight to ten years since Dr. Goodkind replaced the crowns, not one has come loose. I have complete confidence in his abilities and dental knowledge.

I had cold sensitivity on two teeth one upper, one lower and Dr. Goodkind applied bonding to both areas. The results were better than I expected. The sensitivity to cold drinks went away the next day. I would recommend Dr. Goodkind and his staff to anyone needing good dental treatments.

My cardiologist said, “It’s a good thing your teeth are healthy.” This reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke. That is one of the problems that occur with gum disease.”

It’s hard to believe it’s been 8 years since treatment was completed.

I have recently reached the conclusion of some extensive dental work over the course of several years. All of this involved crown work on my upper and lower molars which had excessively large fillings and which all needed work. I agreed to a plan in which my molars were tied together into double (in one case a triple) crowns. After each stage my bite improved due to the doctor properly shaping the new crowns. Heretofore my bite was poor. I can now chew effectively and do not have to suffer the problem of food packing between molars. My bite never felt this good. Needless to say, I am completely satisfied with all the work.

I don’t have a big desire for bread, hot dogs, hamburgers anymore as now I can chew more healthy foods. More fruits, juices, vegetables, fish, and chicken.

When I tell other people they didn’t even know I had my teeth replaced. People thought I might have had individual crowns implanted.

I also notice that food no longer gets up underneath the teeth. This is due to the teeth staying solidly in place

I have told a lot of people that my dentist is the best dentist I have yet had. He seems to be able to do anything with nothing.

Dr. Goodkind is not my dentist, he is my mother's. This is why it was exceptionally good and kind of him to see me last-minute when the family pup got excited and chipped my front tooth with his pooch smooch over the Thanksgiving holiday. Dr. Goodkind not only filed out the chip, he took a look at the rest of my front choppers and offered to even those out for me too.

The man has the eye of an artist and the work ethic of a professional who really loves his job, because in about 15 minutes, he'd given me Hollywood-veneer looking teeth and thrown in a quick check-up, to boot. He and his staff (which includes his good ladywife) were friendly, informative, and extremely reasonable with their pricing. And at the end, the doc looked rather proud of his work.

I have to agree. The doctor did a fabulous job. If I still lived in the area, he'd be my dentist, too!

Dr. Goodkind AND STAFF, Have been nothing short of Amazing every visit. For many years i neglected to go to the dentist. After my first appointment i was hooked. I didn't think you could get that kind of an experience from a dentist office. Dr. Goodkind Has turned my mouth around In a Very short time period. Not to mention the office IS CLEAN!!!!
